I bought this toaster about a month ago to replace a 4-slot toaster where 2 of the slots no longer worked. So far this toaster has been able to deliver. I haven't toasted anything frozen yet but it does fine with toast and bagels. It's a very simple toaster, no fancy controls but is perfect for someone looking for a basic toaster. It's easy to keep clean too.

Very,very pleased with this toaster. Toast the bread perfectly, evenly toasted on the outside and somehow manage to have it toasted inside to a softer texture. The numbers on the dial allow you to toast the different varieties of breads for what suits for each. Example: english muffins #4, regular sliced bread, #3. That is a big plus, also the bread crumb tray has easy access. Overall on a scale of 1 to 10....this would be a 10!!

this toaster seems to be a good value for the price. My only complaint would be that the inside burners don't seem to glow evenly like the outside one's, and of course that is the one's that are used when you toast a bagel. I would buy it again.
