Looked as if Toaster was damaged in shipment - Seller immediately made refund but I had to buy a toaster locally...a very courteous seller, honest in his dealings - would buy from him again. The Toaster was beautiful, but damaged in shipment...he had fast delivery - condition of package upon arrival - was problem.

Like the toaster for where it fits, toasts unevenly. One side is much darker than the other. Makes good breakfast waffles on defrost!
