great you can use them without heating up the oven when ac is on is very good for energy conservation
everything i make comes out juicy due to the moist air cooking

This product performs as advertised. It is very easy to clean and holds temperatures at the set degrees. A great product for the dollar. Will keep your chicken wings, brats, chilli, or whatever your speciality hot and ready for game day. The offical roaster of the Bandits.

I had been without a Nesco roaster for 15 years, must say I was skeptical when my new one arrived. The materials used now are much lighter weight and I was concerned. After my first use the concerns were dispelled. I was very happy with the results of slow roasting a ham for my son's wedding.

When I first got this roaster I was shocked at how bad the smell was. I feel that Nesco should have taken care of this and what I receive should be ready to use. My biggest complaint about this roaster, however, is the porcelain pan which cracked twice. Mind you I only used it a few times. The first crack occurred after only two uses. I then ordered a replacement dish which cost me $35.00. When the second crack happened (I discovered this when I saw some dripping on the bottom of the roaster) I gave up and got rid of the whole thing. This was a complete waste of money!

I entertain a lot and enjoy cooking so this was a great improvement and time saver in my kitchen. I prefer the surround heat in this unit to the radiant heat of a standard oven. I've prepared several dishes (roasting, brazing, frying and just plain baking) already and now waiting for a good excuse to do a turkey and prime rib roast. It is easy to clean and easy to store.
This is a quality piece of equipment, and a good value. Nesco's customer service ladies are friendly, helpful and answering your questions and their web site has some great recipes. Take a look;
