Product Description
The Vertical Roaster is ideal for cooking poultry and waterfowl in your BBQ or your oven. The roasting cone radiates heat into the center cavity of the bird. ( This quickly cooks the poultry from the inside, while giving the outside a nice golden brown skin ) Simply fill the base drip pan with broth, beer, wine or basting juices.
